15-Minute Chicken Caesar Wrap

Prep: 10 mins Cook: 5 mins Total: 15 mins Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups cooked chicken, sliced (rotisserie works great)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. If using raw chicken, season a chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Let rest and slice. If using rotisserie chicken, shred or slice it.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds so they’re pliable.
  3. Spread Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer romaine, chicken, shaved parmesan, and crushed croutons on top.
  5. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from bottom to top. Slice in half diagonally and serve.

Recipe Tips

  • Warm the tortilla before rolling — cold tortillas crack.
  • Don’t overfill or it won’t hold together. Less is more.
  • Wrap the bottom half in foil or parchment for mess-free eating.
  • Make it lighter: use a lettuce wrap instead of a tortilla.
