Everything Bagel Cheese Crisps
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded cheese on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each mound slightly and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes — they’ll crisp up as they cool. Serve as a snack or alongside soup and salad.
