5-Minute Greek Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
- 1/3 cup granola of your choice
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
Instructions
- Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of granola, then a layer of mixed berries.
- Add the remaining yogurt on top, followed by more granola and berries.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Sprinkle chia seeds on top if using.
