Mini Pizza Bagels
Ingredients
- 4 mini bagels, split in half
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings: mini pepperoni, diced bell pepper, sliced olives, corn, pineapple, mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or use a toaster oven. Place bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella generously on top.
- Add toppings — let each kid choose their own combination.
- Bake 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Recipe Tips
- Toast the bagels for 2 minutes first if you like extra crunchy bottoms.
- Set up a “pizza bar” with small bowls of toppings — kids love choosing their own.
- Use English muffins if you don’t have mini bagels.
- Make extras and freeze them unbaked. Bake from frozen, adding 2-3 extra minutes.
