Greek Chicken Pita Wraps

Prep: 5 mins Cook: 10 mins Total: 15 mins Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, butterflied thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 pita rounds
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with oregano, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Let rest 2 minutes, then slice.
  3. Warm pitas in the skillet or microwave for 15 seconds.
  4. Spread tzatziki generously inside each pita.
  5. Fill with sliced chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta. Fold and serve.

Recipe Tips

  • Butterfly the chicken breasts (slice horizontally) for thinner pieces that cook faster.
  • Store-bought tzatziki is perfectly fine — Trader Joe’s and Costco both make great ones.
  • Add a handful of baby spinach or arugula for extra greens.
  • These work great as meal prep — keep components separate and assemble at lunch.
