Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Honey mustard or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Toss chicken tenders with Greek yogurt until coated.
  3. Mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Press each yogurt-coated tender into the panko mixture, coating all sides. Place on baking sheet.
