15-Minute Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1.5 cups cooked chicken, sliced (rotisserie works great)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons, lightly crushed
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- If using raw chicken, season a chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Let rest and slice. If using rotisserie chicken, shred or slice it.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds so they’re pliable.
- Spread Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla.
- Layer romaine, chicken, shaved parmesan, and crushed croutons on top.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from bottom to top. Slice in half diagonally and serve.
Recipe Tips
- Warm the tortilla before rolling — cold tortillas crack.
- Don’t overfill or it won’t hold together. Less is more.
- Wrap the bottom half in foil or parchment for mess-free eating.
- Make it lighter: use a lettuce wrap instead of a tortilla.
